ALOR Return and Refund Policy
At ALOR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

The items are returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all labels, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact—along with your invoice/order number within 14 days of receiving the items.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.

Important Notes:

We do not offer a "free returns" service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
The refund amount will be issued after deducting the initial shipping fees and the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described .
For International Returns:
Please clearly label the shipment as “RETURN” to avoid delays or charges from local customs authorities.

Delivery Security:
We use a premium delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt to ensure your order arrives safely and to minimize the risk of loss or theft.

Unfortunately, ALOR cannot take responsibility for parcels that go missing or are stolen if specific delivery instructions (such as leaving the parcel at the front door without a signature) result in the loss.
